Councillor John Blundell, cabinet member for regeneration, business, skills and employment at Rochdale Borough Council and board director of the RDA says: “Kingsway has proven to one of the most important business parks to emerge in the North West over the last decade and the fact that we continue to attract high profile national occupiers who bring further investment into the region is testament to what we have created here. We are now considering options to deliver the final phase of the park as a whole, which will offer a further 1.5 million sq ft of commercial space.”
